Cleopatra Koheirwe, an actress, singer,writer and radio presenter is a lady that has made a mark in the entertainment industry, not only in Uganda, but in East Africa. “Cleo”, as she is commonly known is a  writer with the glamorous African Woman magazine and also works with Radio City 97fm as a presenter. she holds a Bachelors degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University and a Certificate in Journalism from the University of South Africa. she has also worked as a TV presenter on WBS TV where she hosted the Showtime Magazine programme and later Fitness watch. Her passion to entertain and perform has seen her take up roles in  movies like THE LAST KING OF SCOTLAND, where she acted as Joy and also had a role to play in the popular Mnet series, CHANGES, BE THE JUDGE a Kenyan local TV series that earned her a nomination for BEST ACTRESS IN A TV DRAMA at Kalasha Film and Television Awards 2011 and She has also stared in the film STATE RESEARCH BUREAU that earned her nomination for  BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS in Pearl Film Festival Awards 2012. In-spite of continuous success, Cleo has set time aside to work with Reach A Hand Uganda in inspiring, motivating and empowering young people, especially young girls who look up to her as a role model. she shares her life story,achievements and challenges with the young people with whom she interacts with on the many reach-outs to the various schools Reach a Hand has visited. Cleopatra could be on the rise to be one of the greatest female entertainers in Uganda, if not East Africa.
